The wood finishes currently in use by Morrison's Chair Caning are show in the charts below.
When looking at these samples, please keep in mind that these are examples only. The actual results of any given finish on a piece of wood will have variations.
The finishes are also available in a WORN, or rubbed version. These WORN finishes have traces of the white base coat showing thru the finish. The Black/Cranberry is a WORN Black finish over a Cranberry base coat. The Black is rubbed so as to allow traces of the Cranberry to show thru. We will add these WORN finishes to the site as pictures become available.
We are limited in presenting these samples by:
1) The quality of the equipment we used to create the original pictures;
2) Our skill in transferring the pictures onto the internet, and;
3) The equipment you use to view and/or download what we have presented.
